WholesaleWatchCompany.com will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations:

  • For a full refund (shipping & handling charges * are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
  • All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    Please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1-800-800-6633 or email Customer Service to obtain an RFI.
  • Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express. Please cut out the pre-addressed label on this form or the back of your packing list and affix to your package.

*If you receive merchandise that is defective (as determined solely by WholesaleWatchCompany.com) or not as ordered, we will at our sole option either refund or credit you up to $12.00 in shipping/handling costs promptly upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. All shipping/handling refunds will be determined by WholesaleWatchCompany.com on a case by case basis.
