| WholesaleWatchCompany.com will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to the following limitations: |

For a full refund (shipping & handling charges* are not refundable), merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment with the exception of cash and money orders which will be refunded via a check. |

All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please use your order number as the RFI. |

Watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All new watches returned to WholesaleWatchCompany.com for refund or exchange must be unblemished and have the security tag still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange. |
 | Your timepiece is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from original date of purchase. This warranty excludes damage or wear to the case, crystal, strap, bracelet, crown, and power cell. The watch is not warranted against moisture or water damage if the case is not marked water resistant.
Our liability is limited solely to the repair of the watch if returned to our service center with original sales receipt, merchandise return form, and $7.50 for postage and handling. |

Please pack your watch in its original packing materials and ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express to:

If you receive merchandise that is defective (as determined solely by WholesaleWatchCompany.com) or not as ordered, we will at our sole option either refund or credit you up to $12.00 in shipping/handling costs promptly upon our receipt and inspection of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. All shipping/handling refunds will be determined by WholesaleWatchCompany.com on a case by case basis.
